First Place at the 2026 Regional Viennoiserie Competition
In February 2026, I represented my school at the Regional Academic Viennoiserie competition, where I won first place in the Junior category.
It is my first major victory, the result of countless hours of hard work, passion, and perseverance. I would like to thank my teachers for their constant support and guidance, as well as my chef, Sylvain Mathy, my family, and all the friends for believing in me from the very beginning.
I would also like to thank our school florist for her valuable help in creating the display stand.
This award strengthens my determination to keep improving and to succeed in my career.
