My name is Anna. I live in Cannes and I am currently preparing a two-year state diploma in French pastry.
Alongside my studies, I work as an apprentice at a local bakery, La Fabrik, in the team led by Sylvain Mathy, pastry chef and French dessert champion.
I chose this path for the creativity and precision it requires.
Next year, I will continue my studies in Paris at the renowned culinary school FERRANDI, where I will further specialise in French boutique pastry.
