Hello, my name is Anna.

After completing a two-year French state diploma in pastry, I will further my training at FERRANDI Paris, the renowned culinary school. For the third year of my studies, I will specialize in Boutique Pastry.

From September 2026, I will join the team of Chef Aurélien Cohen in Paris, where I will continue to build my professional experience.

I chose this path for the creativity, precision and hands-on work it requires.
