Erasmus exchange it Italy
In April 2026, I took part in an Erasmus exchange in Italy at Alba Accademia Alberghiera.
Alongside my chef, I had the opportunity to contribute to several workshops dedicated to viennoiserie. We shared our pastry know-how with Italian students, who in turn introduced our apprentice chefs to specialities from Piedmont.
This stay was also an opportunity to discover local Piedmontese products, visit a company specialising in machines for chocolate production, and meet many inspiring people.
An enriching experience, both professionally and personally.
